プライバシーポリシー

1. 基本方針

shameowstudio（以下「当方」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、適用される個人情報保護法令およびApp Storeの要件に従って情報を取り扱います。本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名、住所、メールアドレス等をアプリ内で直接入力させる機能を設けていません。

English. shameowstudio respects user privacy and handles information under applicable privacy laws and App Store requirements. The app requires no account and does not directly ask users to enter names, addresses, or email addresses.

2. 端末内に保存する学習情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

• 習得済み問題ID、ブックマーク
• 回答回数、正解数、直近の正誤、学習日
• テスト完了数、広告表示間隔のカウンター
• 選択した表示言語、初回案内の完了状態
• BGM音量

これらの情報は学習機能、進捗表示、設定保持のために使用し、当方のサーバーへ送信しません。アプリ内の学習データ初期化機能またはアプリ削除により消去できます。iCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、Appleの端末バックアップに含まれる可能性があり、その取扱いにはAppleのポリシーが適用されます。

Learned IDs, bookmarks, answer history, study dates, test counts, ad interval counters, interface language, onboarding state, and BGM volume are stored locally to provide learning and settings. The provider does not transmit them to its servers. Users can reset learning data or delete the app. Apple device backups may contain local app data when enabled and are governed by Apple’s policies.

3. 広告配信とGoogle Mobile Ads

無料版では、Google LLCのGoogle Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob）を使用して、起動時広告およびインタースティシャル広告を表示します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、測定、不正防止、分析およびサービス改善のため、利用状況や同意状態に応じて次の情報を収集または処理する場合があります。

• IPアドレス（おおよその位置情報の推定に使用される場合があります）
• 端末識別子（広告識別子IDFAまたはアプリ・開発者単位の識別子を含む場合があります）
• 広告の表示・操作情報、アプリ起動や画面操作等のユーザーインタラクション
• クラッシュログ、診断情報、起動時間、ハング率、消費電力等のパフォーマンス情報
• 端末種類、OS、言語、アプリバージョン等の技術情報

収集の有無や利用目的は、利用地域、同意内容、端末設定、広告の種類およびGoogleの仕様により異なります。詳細はGoogleプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle Mobile Ads SDKのデータ開示をご確認ください。プレミアムプランが有効な間、アプリは広告を要求せず、広告を表示しません。

English. The free version uses Google Mobile Ads SDK for app-open and interstitial ads. Depending on region, consent, device settings, ad type, and Google configuration, the SDK may process IP address and approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, user interactions, crash and diagnostic data, performance data, device type, OS, language, and app version for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Mobile Ads data disclosure. While Premium is active, the app does not request or display ads.

4. 同意管理（UMP）とトラッキング許可（ATT）

本アプリは、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用し、欧州経済領域、英国、スイスその他必要な地域で広告に関する同意フォームを表示します。必要な地域では、アプリの「学習の記録」からプライバシー設定を再表示できます。また、AppleのAppTrackingTransparency（ATT）を通じてトラッキング許可を求める場合があります。

ATTを拒否した場合、IDFAを利用したトラッキング広告は行われません。UMPで広告目的の同意を拒否した場合でも、法令とGoogleの同意モードで許される範囲で、非パーソナライズ広告または制限付き広告が表示される場合があります。広告リクエストが許可されない場合、広告を表示せず学習を継続します。ATTの設定はiOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から変更できます。

English. The app uses Google UMP to present consent choices where required and may request tracking authorization through Apple ATT. If ATT is denied, IDFA-based tracking is not used. If ad-purpose consent is denied, non-personalized or limited ads may still appear where legally permitted and supported by Google’s consent mode. If ads cannot be requested, learning continues without an ad. ATT choices can be changed in iOS Settings.

5. サブスクリプションと購入情報

プレミアムプランの購入、更新、請求、解約および返金は、AppleのApp StoreとStoreKitにより処理されます。当方は、クレジットカード番号やApple Accountのパスワードを取得しません。本アプリは、広告非表示等の権利を判定するため、Appleが提供する商品ID、取引の検証結果、有効な購入権利、取消・失効状態等を端末上で確認します。

English. Apple App Store and StoreKit process purchases, renewals, billing, cancellation, and refunds. The provider does not receive card numbers or Apple Account passwords. The app checks product ID, verified transactions, current entitlements, revocation, and expiration information on-device to determine Premium access.

6. ウェブサイトのアクセスログ

本ウェブサイトを閲覧した場合、ホスティング事業者（エックスサーバー株式会社）のウェブサーバーが、セキュリティ維持、障害調査およびアクセス状況把握のため、IPアドレス、アクセス日時、閲覧URL、参照元、ブラウザー・OS情報等の一般的なサーバーログを記録する場合があります。当方は、法令上の保存義務、セキュリティ事案または不正利用調査に必要な場合を除き、通常90日以内を目安にログを削除または上書きします。本サイトは、現時点で独自の広告Cookieまたはアクセス解析Cookieを設置しません。

English. The Xserver web server may log IP address, access time, requested URL, referrer, browser, and OS for security, incident investigation, and traffic operations. Unless longer retention is legally required or necessary for security or abuse investigation, logs are normally deleted or overwritten within approximately 90 days. This site currently sets no first-party advertising or analytics cookies.

7. 利用目的

当方または委託先は、上記情報を次の目的で取り扱います。

• アプリの学習機能、設定および購入特典の提供
• 広告の表示、同意管理、効果測定および不正防止
• 障害調査、セキュリティ確保、品質改善
• 問い合わせ対応および法令上必要な対応

English. Information is used to provide learning, settings, and purchased benefits; display and measure ads and manage consent; prevent fraud; investigate incidents; maintain security; improve quality; support users; and comply with law.

8. 第三者提供・委託・国外移転

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、当方が直接保有する個人情報を利用者の同意なく販売しません。アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、Apple、Googleおよびホスティング事業者がそれぞれの役割において情報を処理する場合があります。これらの事業者は国外のサーバーで情報を処理する可能性があります。当方は、利用する第三者サービスが本ポリシーおよび適用法令に沿った保護を提供するよう、公開情報と契約条件を確認します。

English. The provider does not sell personal information it directly holds without consent, except as required by law. Apple, Google, and the hosting provider may process information as needed to deliver their services, potentially in other countries. The provider reviews public disclosures and terms to select services offering protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.

9. 保存期間と削除

• 端末内の学習データ：利用者がリセットまたはアプリ削除するまで
• サブスクリプション取引情報：Appleのポリシーおよび法令に基づく期間
• 広告関連情報：Googleのポリシー、利用者の同意および法令に基づく期間
• 問い合わせ情報：対応終了後、原則2年以内。ただし紛争・法令対応に必要な場合を除く
• ウェブサーバーログ：通常90日以内を目安

アカウント制を採用しておらず、当方のサーバーに学習履歴を保存しないため、当方側で削除できる学習アカウントはありません。問い合わせ履歴等、当方が直接保有する情報の開示・訂正・削除を希望する場合は、末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。

English. Local learning data remains until reset or app deletion. Apple and Google retain their data under their policies and law. Support correspondence is normally retained for up to two years after resolution unless needed for disputes or legal compliance. Server logs are normally retained for approximately 90 days. Because there is no account system or server-side learning history, the provider has no learning account to delete. Contact us for requests concerning information directly held by the provider.

10. 利用者の選択と権利

利用者は、次の方法で情報の取扱いを管理できます。

• アプリ内の学習データ初期化
• アプリ削除による端末内データの削除
• 必要な地域でのUMPプライバシー設定の再表示
• iOS設定からATT許可の変更
• Apple Account設定からサブスクリプションの管理・解約
• 当方が直接保有する問い合わせ情報等に関する請求

居住地域の法令により、アクセス、訂正、削除、処理制限、異議申立て、データポータビリティ、同意撤回、監督機関への申立て等の権利が認められる場合があります。

Users can reset learning data, delete the app, reopen UMP privacy settings where available, change ATT authorization in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings, and contact us regarding information directly held by the provider. Depending on location, users may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, and complaint to a supervisory authority.

11. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、就業場面の日本語およびBJT受験を想定した学習サービスであり、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。当方は、13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を故意に直接収集しません。保護者が不適切な収集に気付いた場合はご連絡ください。

English. The app focuses on workplace Japanese and BJT preparation and is not primarily directed to children under 13. The provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Guardians may contact us if they believe inappropriate collection occurred.

12. セキュリティ

当方は、情報の漏えい、滅失、改ざんまたは不正アクセスの防止に向け、端末内保存の採用、通信先の限定、OSおよびSDKの更新、アクセス制御等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、電子的な保存または通信に絶対的な安全性はないことをご了承ください。

English. The provider uses reasonable safeguards including local storage, limited network destinations, OS and SDK updates, and access controls. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

13. ポリシーの変更

当方は、アプリ機能、第三者サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または本ウェブサイトで通知し、更新日を変更します。法令上必要な場合は改めて同意を取得します。

English. This policy may be updated for changes to features, third-party services, or law. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website, with the revision date updated. Consent will be requested again where legally required.
