EULA・利用規約

1. 契約の相手方とGoogle Play

本EULAは利用者と言葉咲堂 Kotoba Learning（運営：shameowstudio）との契約です。Google LLCはアプリの提供者ではなく、Google Playと課金基盤を提供する第三者です。保守、サポート、コンテンツ、製品に関する責任は当方が負います。

English. This EULA is between you and Kotoba Learning. Google LLC is not the app provider; it provides Google Play and billing infrastructure.

2. 使用許諾

当方は、利用者が所有または管理するAndroid端末で個人的かつ非商業的に本アプリを使用する、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不能・再許諾不能のライセンスを付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、複製、改変、再配布、販売、貸与、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングを禁止します。

English. The provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use on an Android device you own or control.

3. アプリの目的と非公式性

本アプリは職場の日本語とBJT学習を支援する独立制作の教材です。BJT公式アプリではなく、公益財団法人日本漢字能力検定協会の承認・推奨・提携を受けていません。公式問題、公式音声、公式ロゴは使用していません。特定のスコア、合格、就職、昇進などを保証しません。

English. The app is an independent study aid. It is not an official BJT app and is not approved, endorsed, or affiliated with the Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation. It uses no official questions, audio, or logos and guarantees no outcome.

4. 無料機能と広告非表示プラン

問題、単語帳、練習、弱点復習、ブックマーク復習などは無料です。Google Playの月額商品ID premium_monthly の特典はアプリ内広告の非表示だけです。価格、更新、解約、返金は購入画面とGoogle Playの規約が優先します。

English. Questions, the wordbook, practice, weak-area review, and bookmark review are free. The Google Play monthly product premium_monthly only removes ads; the purchase screen and Google Play terms control price, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

5. 利用者の責任

利用者は法令と第三者サービスの規約を守り、不正購入、購入情報の改ざん、セキュリティ回避、広告配信への妨害、権利侵害、違法・有害な目的での利用をしないものとします。

English. You must follow law and third-party terms and may not make fraudulent purchases, tamper with transaction information, bypass security, interfere with ad delivery, infringe rights, or use the app unlawfully.

6. 保証の否認と責任の制限

適用法令で許される範囲で、本アプリは現状有姿・提供可能な範囲で提供されます。当方は完全性、正確性、無停止、無誤謬、特定の学習成果を保証しません。法令上制限できない責任や消費者の強行的権利は除外されません。

English. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available. Non-waivable statutory and consumer rights remain.

7. データ・規約変更・連絡先

データの取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。当方は法令やサービス変更に応じて規約を改定し、重要な変更は本サイトまたはアプリ内で通知します。

English. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on this site or in the app.
